Abstract
We report one case of Treacher Collins syndrome. The inheritance pattern
of this syndrome is autosomal dominant with variable expressivity. Major
involvement occurs in those structures that derive from the first branchial
arch, groove, and pouch which involved with abnormal ocular findings, lacrimal
apparatus. The ear canals and pinnas are malformed. There are hypoplasia
of mandible and maxilla, and there is a high frequency of associated high,
arched palate or cleft palate.
