Pressure, Age, Blood Pressure and Obesity Index : A Correlation Study in Thai

ABSTRACT A
statistical analysis of the association between intraocular pressure and age,
systolic blood pressure and obesity index was done on 500 non-glaucomatous,
normo-tensive eye patients, age between 14-81 yrs. Linear regression analysis
disclosed that intraocular pressure had positive correlation with systolic
blood pressure and obesity index. Age had a negative correlation with intraocular
pressure from multiple regression analysis.
