Current Trends in Cataract Surgery in Thailand – 2000 Survey

ABSTRACT We have performed a survey of cataract surgery in Thai ophthalmologists in October 1999. Two hundred and fifty seven questionnaires (45.7%) from 562 ophthalmologists were returned by June 2000 cutoff date ; 65.4% (168) were male and 34.6% (89) were female. Cataract surgery techniques, intraocular lenses and miscellaneous contemporary issues were mainly studies.
