ABSTRACT We reported 2 infants with septo-optic dysplasia. Presenting symptoms were nystagmus, no eye contact and developmental delay. One also had seizure. Ophthalmologic examination revealed bilateral optic nerve hypoplasia. Radiologic findings were dysgenesis of septum pellucidum and schizencephaly. Endocrinologic work-up revealed pituitary insufficiency in one patient and he was treated with hormonal replacement.
