Von Hippel-Lindau Disease
: A Case Report

ABSTRACT One case of
Von Hippel-Lindau disease was reported. The patients was 15 years old man
presented with chronic nausea, vomiting and weight loss for 4 months associated
with blurred vision in the right eye. The fundus examination showed large
retinal angioma with tractional retinal detachment in his right eye and
multiple small retinal angimas in the left. The imaging studies revealed
cerebellar and cervical cord hemangioblastomas in association with small
pancreatic cyst. The patient was treated by partial tumor removal and external
radiotherapy. The retinal angiomas in his left eye were successful treated
by feeder vessels photocoagulation.
